took 2 collagen a day during pregnancy and increase to 4 a day during third trimester. baby born with smooth skin and no/low jaundice levell.

My first pregnancy I took birds nest almost everyday end up my baby girl was born with really sensitive skin and her jaundice level was so high we had to visit the polyclinic almost everyday to take her blood.

Throughout my pregnancy I only fell sick once and recovered pretty fast.
My stretch marks are also less (only started to appear at WK 37/38) than I expected. Baby skin is good.
