Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you on a subscription or a pre-order basis. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase an item on a subscription basis, you will receive repeat deliveries of the item based on the subscription duration and frequency of delivery that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery as and when effected, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not want to renew a subscription for an item, you can cancel it at any time before the auto-renewal date. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. Pre-orders

When you purchase an item on a pre-order basis, you are buying an item which is not yet in inventory, either because the item is currently out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available. We collect full payment, then fulfill at a future date. You can cancel a partially-paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can no longer cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. An order is deemed to have been fulfilled when we ship the item to your order. See our returns and refunds policy for more details on returns and refunds.
