Returns and Refunds Policy

We have a 7-day returns and refunds policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and receive a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. To start the return process, contact us at nvshenjing3@gmail.com. Please wait for our instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us with any questions about our returns and refunds policy at nvshenjing3@gmail.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and decide on the appropriate response.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return for the item you received and, once we have agreed to the return, make a separate purchase for the new item. All items returned have to be in their original condition and packaging with tags still attached. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if the item returned is in its original condition and packaging. We will then arrange for the exchange of the new item for the previously delivered item (so you do not need to separately ship the item to be returned).

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, to inform you whether the refund is approved. If approved, we will automatically refund you based on the original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

All items returned have to be in their original condition and packaging with tags still attached. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if the item returned is in its original condition and packaging. If we do not approve the refund, we will ship back the returned item to you.
