My son had an eczema flare on his hands recently and I lhelped him with a home treatment with the fiber. Right after the treatment, skin was less red and it helped soothe the itchiness & dryness of his hands.
Not sweet, full of sesame flavour. It is very addictive. If never control I think can "accidentally" finish the whole box of 10 in one go!
